Blue Origin takes SpaceX lunar lander contract fight with NASA to federal court
A Blue Origin spokesperson told FOX Business that the suit, which has been approved by a judge to remain under seal, is "an attempt to remedy the flaws in the acquisition process found in NASA’s Human Landing System."
