Japan-France spat over Renault-Nissan brews as Ghosn remains jailed
Tokyo authorities extended the detention on Friday of ousted Nissan Motor Co chairman Carlos Ghosn for 10 days, media said, amid signs of a brewing diplomatic feud over the balance of power at the troubled Renault-Nissan alliance.
