Britain's CMA toughens action against Lloyds Bank over PPI

Britain's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has demanded Lloyds Banking Group toughen its procedures around mis-sold payment protection insurance (PPI) after it accused the bank of breaching its current arrangements.
