Walmart acquiring India's Flipkart, says SoftBank's Son

TOKYO (Reuters) - U.S. retail giant Walmart Inc is acquiring Indian e-commerce player Flipkart, the chief executive of one of Flipkart's biggest shareholders, SoftBank Group , said on Wednesday.
