US STOCKS-Futures flat ahead of Fed's decision on interest rate hike
Dec 13 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks futures pointed to a flat open for Wall Street on Wednesday as investors awaited the Federal Reserve's announcement on benchmark interest rate and assessed the Democratic win in the Alabama Senate election.
