Broadcom lists 11 nominees for Qualcomm board
(Reuters) - Chipmaker Broadcom Ltd took its first formal step toward a hostile bid to take over Qualcomm Inc on Monday, unveiling a list of 11 nominees to the board of the U.S. semiconductor firm.
